In late 2009, he joined the firm as a pupil and, has since, specialised in the practice of criminal law. Anil has extensive experience in both blue-collar and white-collar criminal offences. He has represented clients in capital matters (eg. murder and drug trafficking). Anil has acted for detainees under Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act and has represented servicemen facing courts-martial under the Singapore Armed Forces Act and Enlistment Act.
Quite apart from the field of criminal practice, a sizeable portion of his work revolves around civil and matrimonial-related litigation, advisory work on commercial agreements, probate and administration and drafting contracts.
