Kertar Singh

Managing Director

Mr Kertar specializes in a large spectrum of both Criminal and Civil/commercial litigation. 

​

After graduating with an LLB (Honours) from the United Kingdom, Mr Kertar was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995 and has since been practising law. 

​

Prior to practising law, Mr Kertar completed 26 years of service with the Singapore Police Force, specialising in criminal investigations and was part of the Secret Societies Branch where he was part of the interrogations team. Needless to say, his experience in the Police Force has immensely contributed to his criminal practice. 

​

Highly experienced in acting as defence and prosecuting counsel, Mr Kertar has acted for clients in corruption, murder, drug-trafficking (capital and non-capital) matters. 

​

Mr Kertar is also a legal advisor to various Chinese Clan Association and Chinese Temples. â€‹

Anil Singh Sandhu

Director

After graduating with an LLB/LP from the Flinders University in 2008, Anil was called to the Singapore bar in 2010. 

​

Prior to reading law, Anil pursued a Bachelor in Science at the Australian National University.

​

Joining the firm in 2010, he applied himself to various areas of the law in the initial years of practice. His practice has now evolved with special focus in the field of criminal law. He represents clients in matters before the State Courts, Appellate Courts and Military Courts and is briefed in capital matters (drug trafficking and murder). Anil's areas of criminal practice include the following: 
 

Dishonesty-related offences (Cheating, Theft, Criminal Breach of Trust, Robbery etc)

Offences under the CDSA (Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act)

Apart from criminal law, Anil has a growing private client practice arising from which he represents individuals in corporate/commercial, family law, probate & letters of administration matters etc.

When he is not attending to client matters, Anil devotes time to his family and a handful of charitable causes which are close to his heart.

Alongside, he is a diehard Liverpool fan.

James Sebastian

Senior Consultant

Graduated from National University of Singapore with Honours in 1982 and was admitted into the Bar in 1983.  

Mr James Sebastian has vast expertise of more than 40 years in services including conveyancing property transactions, estate matters, crime, civil and commercial claims alongside dispute resolution, negligence claims involving personal injury and other damages. 

 

Mr James has a passion for sports such as golf and football, having previously taken on the role of Vice-chairman of Gombak United Football Club in the S-league.
